If for whatever reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days (from the date of payment) you may return the item for a refund.

Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in its original condition, items not in the original condition will not be refunded.
Please include a note with your order id number and your name so we know who the item is from. We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 days of receiving the return in the post.
Please note return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

NuovaHealth also reserves the right to cancel the order at any moment for any reason. On cancellation we would notify the customer of our intention to cancel and refund the full amount to the customer. NuovaHealth is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the cancellation of the order.
