Pressure and strain on your arches can cause inflammation and damage on the plantar fascia ligament that supports the arch of your foot. When this occurs it is known as plantar fasciitis and can cause mild to sever foot pain. These orthotic insoles have been made with rigid arch support that will help to stop you from getting this foot injury by taking strain and pressure off the plantar fascia. Motion control technology helps to stop your feet from rolling inward too much during gait (excessive pronation) a common cause of plantar fasciitis and other foot and lower limb injuries.

Treat and prevent different foot injuries

Ideal for treating a range of different foot and lower limb injuries and conditions. Here is the full list of conditions that these insoles can help to treat:

  • Achilles Tendinitis – is an over user injury that affects the Achilles tendon. This injury is common amongst runners and athletes who have not stretched properly before exercise. Achilles tendinitis usually causes mild pain in the back of the leg or above the heel after running or other sports activity. However left untreated this injury can worsen and pain increase. Wearing a pair of our orthotic insoles can help to support the Achilles tendon in the correct position and prevent excessive strain and pressure from damaging the Achilles further tendon allowing for the tendon to make a fast and full recovery.
  • Ankle Instability -Injured or weakened ankles can cause ankle instability. Instability in your ankles can increase your risk of ankle sprains and strains. Our orthotic insoles have built in heel cups that help to realign and stabilize your heels and ankles helping you to walk with more stability and confidence.
  • Arch Pain & Strain – There are many different causes of arch pain. Having flat feet or high arches can make you more susceptible to arch pain due to the increased risk of developing biomechanical imbalances in the feet. Biomechanical imbalances can place excessive pressure and strain on the arch of the foot and lead to damage and injury to important foot ligaments. Our insoles have been designed to help correct the way your feet function and prevent biomechanical imbalances from damaging your arches helping to ease pain and ensure a full recovery from injury.
  • Arthritis
  • Atrophy of the Fat Pad

Our orthotic insoles have been made from shock absorbing EVA material that will help prevent shock from damaging your feet, reduce pain and keep you on your feet for longer!
  • Flat Feet – Having flat feet can make you more susceptible to foot injuries such as plantar fasciitis as your feet are more predisposed to biomechanical imbalances as a result. Wearing a pair of orthotic insoles is a great way of preventing these problems from occurring. Over-pronation however is when your foot rolls inward excessively. Over-pronation can cause excessive strain on your feet especially the plantar fascia ligament that stretches across the arch of your feet. Over time this strain can damage your feet and cause over use injuries such as plantar fascitiis to occur. Our insoles have been designed to realign and support your feet and prevent over-pronation from occurring by stopping your feet rolling inward excessively when you walk or run.

Plantar fasciitis is an over use injury that is caused when the plantar fascia ligament that makes up the arch of your foot becomes overstretched or inflamed. There are many different causes of plantar fasciitis. The most common cause of plantar fasciitis is biomechanical imbalances in your feet such as over pronation or supination causing excessive pressure and strain on your plantar fascis ligament. Our orthotic insoles have been made with in built arch support to help not only reduce strain and pressure on your arches but to also help correct these biomechanical imbalances and fix the way your feet function.

It is very common amongst runners and athletes and is often a result of repeated pressure, shock or stresses placed on the knee joint. Our insoles have been made to promote better foot function and to help absorb damaging shock helping to protect your knees and reduce pressure on them. Wearing a pair of our insoles will help to ensure you make a full and proper recovery if you have sustained an injury to your knee.

If you have what I had which was plantar fasciitis I would definitely get these if I was you. The reason why I got PF was all because I have got flat feet meaning that my arches weren’t supporting my feet as they should and the plantar fascia was put in under more strain because when you have got PF the pronation of your foot as you walk is all wrong and really not good and causes over stretching and tightness which eventually inflames and damages the plantar fascia which is what plantar fasciits is! These orthotic helped correct all of this for me and I have been wearing these insoles for a couple weeks now and usually the pf would keep on coming back but I have not had it since wearing these insoles. 🙂

SUPER!!! I tried just about everything you can possibly think of to cure my footpain to no avail that is until I got my hand or rather my feet on these! PERFECTO! I got the 7-11 size and they fitted perfectly for me and £6.99 is a bargain too!

I picked these ¾ length orthotic over the other insoles on nuovahealth because I wanted something unnoticeable, lightweight and small to fit into my shoes and to help support an cushion my arches as I lately I have been getting quite a lot of aches around that area and wanted to put a stop to that before it develops into something more serious. These inserts are exactly what I wanted and have done my feet a lot of good! Now at the end of the day my feet aren’t raw red and painful but are just as fresh and comfy as they were at the start of the day. Got mine pretty fast! Great seller… would buy again!

I bought these ¾ length arch supports because I was getting real tightness and inflammation around my arch of my foot when I ran. After speaking with a couple of my mates who are also runners I found out that these problems are early warning signs of plantar fasciitis. Since buying these soles I have seen a huge difference and my feet no longer ache or tight. I would really recommend these to any one who is either wanting to prevent plantar fasciits like me or feet hurt whilst running.

Top notch quality and really quick delivery. Was going to invest in some expensive custom made orthotics but now I dont need to (plus saves me from wasting my time getting a gait analysis and all that messing around). Couldn’t be more happy with these soles as they have cleared up completely the niggling pain I had when out running. Just about to buy my second pair for my normal shoes as we speak.
